I believe that we are ever-changing and always evolving as creative and as human beings - we need to embrace the idea of inspiring our own selves to continue to grow while staying true to ourselves.

It was through his travels that Antonio was inspired to become an artist and photographer. “As a visual creature, my world comes alive through images and tactile experiences. European architecture is the focus for my current art print photography collection.” He enjoys the ability to express himself and his personality through photography.

Pablo Picasso’s “Guernica” is a piece that has inspired Antonio both on a personal and artistic level. “The theme of anti-war is powerful in this art piece and symbolizes hope through the darkest of times. The monochromatic color palette and raw textures are artistic elements that I naturally gravitate towards.” Within his own work, Antonio enjoys making architecture, still-life, and florals the main subject.

When starting a new project or piece, Antonio often finds inspiration from within. “In order to be as authentic to myself as I possibly can, I find inspiration within myself when starting a project or creative piece. I believe that we are ever-changing and always evolving as creative and as human beings - we need to embrace the idea of inspiring our own selves to continue to grow while staying true to ourselves.” To aspiring artists, Antonio offers the following quote from Pablo Picasso as inspiration: “Everything you can imagine is real.”

Antonio discovered Golden State Art through an online search for mat boards. “Golden State Art provides beautiful packaging for my art prints. The mat borders with backing frames my photography in a way which elevates the final product as a whole.”
