Place your order by 11:00 AM Pacific Time and select from standard ground shipping (delivered within 2-7 business days depending where you’re located), second day, or next day delivery.
Orders qualifying for expedited shipping can be shipped the same day or next day to ensure swift delivery. Choose your preferred method and leave the rest to us.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within USA and Canada.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If you placed a bulk order or bulk custom order, your order can take couple additional business days to ship. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and your location. Please note these charges are the rates provided by the carrier.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

We only ship to Canada

We strive to meet our stated delivery times; however, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, holidays, carrier delays). If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will have a notice on our website.
