Refund policy

If you’re unhappy with your product, you can return your product up to 30 days starting from the date you purchased your item. All returns must be approved before it is sent back to us.

Please inspect your order once you receive it. We require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your name and order number. If you received a damaged item, please do not return them back to us, instead reach out to us directly so we can solve this for you quickly.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Your item must be unused
  • Must be in its original packaging
  • Must be in the same condition you received it


The following types of goods cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Custom mat boards (they are made to order, we cannot reuse them)
* Custom picture frames (they are made to order, we cannot reuse them.
* All Clearance Sales and BOGO Buy One Get One Free products are one-time sales. Returns are not supported.

 


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue your refund based on what we received.


Late or Missing Refunds
It can take 2-7 business for your refund to show back up in your account based on your bank.


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.


Gifts or Gift Cards
We do not accept returns on gifted items.


Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at sales@goldenstateart.com. Once our client service specialists authorizes your return, please mail your product to: 212 Littlefield Ave, South San Francisco, CA 94080, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If the item you are returning was a free shipping item, we will deduct the amount of shipping we paid to send it to you from your refund once we receive the item. A client service representative will let you know this amount when you email us your return request.
