RETURN POLICY

 
If you’re not happy with your product, you can return your product up to 30 days starting from the date you purchased your item. Please inspect your order once you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your name and order number. If you received a damaged item, please do not return them back to us, instead reach out to us directly so we can solve this for you quickly.
 
The following types of goods cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Custom mat boards (they are made to order, we cannot reuse them)
* Custom picture frames (they are made to order, we cannot reuse them.
 
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again in a couple days.
If it still doesn’t show, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
 
Gifts
We do not accept returns on gifted items.
 
Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at [email protected]. Once our client service specialists authorizes your return, please mail your product to: 212 Littlefield Ave, South San Francisco, CA 94080, United States.
 
You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
If the item you are returning was a free shipping item, we will deduct the amount of shipping we paid to send it to you from your refund once we receive the item. A client service representative will let you know this amount when you email us your return request. 
 
A restocking fee of 5% will also be deducted from your refund. If the item arrives back to us used or damaged, this fee will total 20% off of the refund (15% for damages, 5% restocking).
 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
