Return Policy

If you’re not happy with your product, you can return your product up to 30 days starting from the date you purchased your item. Please inspect your order once you receive it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

The following types of goods cannot be returned:

* Gift cards

* Custom mat boards (they are made to order, we cannot reuse them)

* Custom picture frames (they are made to order, we cannot reuse them)

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, such as your name and order number. It takes 1-2 business days for us to ship your order, whether it is a pre-made product or a custom order. Please note, if you are placing a very large order, we will let you know if there is any possible delays in shipping out. If you need your order within a specific date, please understand that the shipping delivery is not guaranteed from the carrier so we cannot guarantee it either.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again in a couple days.

If it still doesn’t show, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Gifts

We do not accept returns on gifted items.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at sales@goldenstateart.com. Once our client service specialists authorizes your return, please mail your product to: 212 Littlefield Ave, South San Francisco, CA 94080, United States. 

You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
